Product Features
The Calinea sizer is a solution designed to classify elongated and cylindrical fruits, such as cucumbers, zucchinis, and eggplants. This sizer sorts the fruits by weight using load cells. The feeding process is carried out by a technical plastic mesh elevator, which, along with a rotating brush, ensures the proper positioning of the fruit in the cup, protecting it from bumps and sudden drops.

Sizing Machine with Artificial Vision
This sizing machine is unique in that it incorporates an artificial vision system capable of sorting fruit according to curvature, length and diameter and is easy for the operator to use.
The infeed conveyor can be feeded manual or automatic. The fruit is placed in a cup and passes through the weighing area (optionally under artificial vision cameras). They are then transported to the outlets according to the weight parameters (optionally curvature, length and diameter) selected by the user on the control panel.
