It features two systems to adapt to the customer’s needs:
Mechanical
Designed to separate clusters of cherries individually thanks to cutting blades adjustable to different stem lengths. This machine offers two operating options:
- Standard: cutting step activated
- Bypass: cutting step override for processing delicate fruit.
Hydraulic
Separates clusters of cherries hydraulically. This patented process ensures that the clusters are separated into individual fruit with their stems, while preserving the integrity of the fruit, avoiding uneven cuts and premature oxidation. Includes 2 types of clusters depending on the number of rows of the sizer:
- Single
- Double
