Order Management
The order management system is an essential tool for the management and control of production in the installation that will allow us to control flows and the management of manufacturing orders and their subsequent output.
It is a method of creating, visualising, programming and modifying our production by adjusting the orders according to the desired characteristics through control panels that will allow us to monitor production in real time.

Order management consists of two clearly differentiated parts:
- The OrpheaCitrus (electronic part)
- The Woopack (traceability part)
Orphea Citrus is the production control programme that provides the operator with the tools and information needed to make decisions and optimise production. It serves as a link between the control equipment of the graders, the automation part of MAF RODA and the customer’s ERP.
Woopack is the programme through which we visualise the manufacturing orders received, create orders for distribution to the packaging lines and allows us to have a centralised, real-time view of the work in progress.
