A great alliance in the fresh fruit and vegetable grading, sorting and packaging industry

The family-owned MAF RODA group, one of the world’s leading players in the field of customized and turnkey solutions for sizing, sorting and automatic packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables, announces the signing of an agreement to acquire the Perpignan-based company CAUSTIER, a company also specialized in the design of sorting and packaging machines for the fruit and vegetable sector.

The merger of these companies, which specialize in the engineering, design and manufacture of post-harvest machinery solutions, represents a clear synergy for the benefit of the players in the packaging market. As part of this agreement, the MAF RODA Group will bring to CAUSTIER its know-how in electronic quality sorting and its expertise in automatic and robotic packaging.
