Twinscan
Twinscan is the optimal electronic external quality analysis equipment for working with elongated pears. It guarantees perfect defect detection thanks to its electronic sorting system with HD multispectral cameras and is complemented by the Biaxone sizer.

Product Features
The complete Twinscan unit consists of 2 consecutive multispectral camera boxes, separated by the product turning section of the Biaxone sizer, allowing to switch from checking one side of the product to the other in the conveyor flow without stopping. These two domes analyse the entire surface of the fruit using Artificial Intelligence to detect defects and assess quality. The Twinscan equipment analyses size, shape, colour and identifies external defects on elongated pears, using multi-wavelength cameras in the IR and visible ranges.
Combining Biaxone with the Twinscan quality system offers unrivalled accuracy in fruit grading. This integration ensures thorough and accurate sorting, optimising the quality of the final product and improving process efficiency.
