Oneway or Rollway
Two sizers to work with citrus fruits with leaves. Which one best suits your needs?
ONEWAY cup sizer is perfect for increasing productivity as it allows up to 8 lines and high production speed. It also allows you to work with a multitude of types of fruits with leaves.
ROLLWAY is a cup sizer with a complete fruit rotation for defect analysis. The rotation system can be easily activated or deactivated, making it the ideal solution for warehouses that handle fruit with and without leaves products.
OPTISCAN
The OPTISCAN optical viewing system captures and analyzes different color and infrared images of each product in the camera field to ensure the classification of fruits and vegetables according to their size, shape and color.
The optical system also automatically identifies and distinguishes leaves among the fruits.
GLOBALSCAN G7 - VIOTEC
A state-of-the-art Artificial Vision system now with new software with Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration.
The innovative patented multi-spectral camera system allows us to obtain a digital fingerprint (spectral signature) of each fruit defect, achieving greater precision in its detection and categorization.
Additionally, its patented VIOTEC module expands the range of defect detection including rot and severe deep defects.
