Biaxone is an advanced sizer for elongated fruits and vegetables, such as pears and avocados. It uses a pre-alignment block to separate products, which are then transferred to articulated fingers and a first electronic measuring unit. The fruit or vegetable is gently flipped to be fully viewed under a second electronic unit, allowing for thorough analysis. Equipped with finger-shaped conveyors, Biaxone adapts to the length of the product, ensuring precise sorting.
